January: Distribution of the 2008 school magazine.
February: Sending out of letters to all the advertisers.
March: Preparation of certain pages. E.g, school song page, history page, school logo page, the education philosophy
April: Photography session.
May: Preparing the album.
June: Sending in of reports, editing of reports and finalising of report.
July: Editing of expression and features of articles and writings that were sent in by the students.
August: Collecting of old pictures and collecting money for photo orders.
September: Election of new editorial board members 2010.
October: The last preparation before finalising the whole album for “Marguerite”.
November: Cleaning and clearing of archives and the resource room.
