The Band performed for CBN’s sports day, held at the Bukit Jalil Stadium. It was a big place for a school event. We worried about the sound projections, about formation space on the track, about the performance. The members looked tanned due to the hours spent under the sun, just like our seniors before us. The event started with a parade of uniform bodies and sport houses. Followed by speeches. Our band performed after their march out. We were nervous even after practicing for hours on end but we gave it our best and our hard work did not go to waste as we were declared champions for the uniform bodies’ marching competition.

We held a band camp and a workshop during the holidays to improve the members’ playing standards and to prepare for the coming competition.
Festival Wind Orchestra 2010 - 23.6.10 to 26.6.10 The competition was held at at SMK Dato’ Abdul Razak, Seremban. We performed two songs: Chan Mali Chan and In the Winter of 1730. And boy, were we surprised to know that we were champions of the 2nd division, as it has far exceeded our expectations.

The annual CBN concert was held on 03.07.2010 and we performed the same songs that we used for the competition.
Annual AGM was held. A new board of committee members were elected.
