Know that most of us spend six years or more of our lifetime dreaming? Research proves that all of us dream at least twice or more in our sleep though we may not remember when we get up. In 5 minutes of waking, half of our dream is forgotten and within 10 minutes, almost all dreams are forgotten. People who are blind from birth too dream. It is just that the dreams of these individuals are formed by other sense such as the touch, smell, sound and taste.

Facts about Planet Jupiter

Jupiter technically has no surface as it is entirely made out of gas. Jupiter can be seen without a telescope because of its huge size. The gravitational pull of the planet is so high that anything and everything that passes the planet gets pulled towards it. Jupiter has 63 moons and one of them is volcanically active and it is the only moon in the entire solar system to be in such a state. The fastest spinning planet of all, Jupiter has clouds that are up to 50 km thick and the average day on Jupiter lasts around 10 hours. Venus reflects 70% of sunlight and after Venus, Jupiter is the second brightest planet in the Solar System. Mars outshines Jupiter only when approached very close to the Earth.

If you laugh 100 times, it’s the same thing with cycling for 15 minutes. Energetic laughter boosts the heart rate, deepens the breathing rate and builds muscles in the face, stomach, and diaphragm. Apart from enhancing our moods, laughter can cut down stress, fights infections and reduces pain. Laughter generates helpful changes to the brain by delivering endorphins, and it leads more oxygen into the body with the deeper inhalations. Laughter is instinctive and contagious. our laughter is under minimal conscious control, and it challenges the hypothesis that we are in full control of our behaviour.
